Raditeq B.V. and its affiliated operating companies value the accurate handling of personal data. That is why we want to inform you about how we process personal data, in our privacy policy.

General

Besides IP addresses Raditeq does not structurally save personal data. Only in cases where the user fills out a (contact)form, this data is stored. You will explicitly be asked for your permission for each completed form, by means of a check in a checkbox.

Unquestionably, these personal details are carefully handled and secured. We adhere to the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the GDPR Implementation Act.

When do we save your (personal) data?

Raditeq collects and processes personal data during the following moments:

  • Contact moments: When you contact Raditeq it is possible that we process your name, function and (business)contact details. This can
    also be the case when you get in contact by phone, website, e-mail, when
    visiting a trade fair or visiting our organization. This also applies to
    our contact forms, when you register for an event, log into your account,
    sign up for a newsletter or approach us via social media.

  • Customers: When you purchase products and / or services from Raditeq

For what purpose do we save your (personal) data?

We store your data for one or more of the following reasons:

  • Due to legal obligations such as, but not limited to, tax legislation.
  • To be able to implement the delivery of our products and / or services.
  • To keep you informed of the developments of Raditeq and its affiliated operating companies, including the sending of commercial messages.

Newsletters and (contact)forms

We offer you a newsletter in which we inform interested parties about our viewpoints, social and economic developments, products and / or services. Your e-mail address will be added to the list of subscribers at your request or after a contact moment. Each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

If you fill in a contact form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the
data you send us will be stored on the server of the website, as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answering and handling thereof. Afterwards, this data is stored in our local system and removed from the remote server. Processing agreements have been concluded with the service providers, including the hosting company.

By registering you give permission for your e-mail address to be used for sending information about (new) products and services of Raditeq. You can withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the sent e-mail or by sending an e-mail to Raditeq, privacy@raditeq.com, stating AVG.

Publication

We handle your data confidentially and do not publish, nor do we provide this data to third parties, unless there is legal ground for this.

Provision of (personal) data to third parties

Stored data is not provided to third parties unless this is essential due to legal requirements. We do work with several parties that may have an insight into your data. A processor agreement is signed with these partners, for the protection of your rights. We use cookies as the basis functionality of our websites and to analyse our websites. Because of this, we can improve our websites in response to the calculated results.

Security

To prevent unauthorized parties to get access to your (personal) data, Raditeq uses technical and organizational security procedures. These procedures guarantee an appropriate security level, about the types of processing and the nature of the to be protected (personal) data.

Alterations to this privacy policy

Raditeq retains itself the right to make alternations in this privacy- and cookie policy. If we do implement an important alteration, we will make this clear through a message on our website(s), per e-mail or in our newsletters.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, data is collected in the comments form. The visitor’s IP address and browser user agent are also collected to prevent spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture will be visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

When uploading images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract location information from images on the website.

Contact forms

Cookies

If comments are left on our site, the user can choose to save name, email address and website in cookies. These are saved for your convenience, so you don’t have to re-enter the details if there is another comment. These cookies last for a year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will store a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted as soon as you close your browser.

When you sign in, we will also set various cookies to store your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember me”, your login will be kept for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (eg, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor had visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of moderating them.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request an export file of the personal information we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us.
