A Structured Approach
In order to ensure a Risk free and seamless migration Raditeq has developed a project-based approach for EMC test laboratories to transfer from any EMC test software platform to RadiMation® Pro, the RadiMation® Structured Migration plan. RadiMation® is leading edge EMC test software developed and supplied by Raditeq B.V.
The structured migration plan isa project-based methodology, which involves thorough planning, execution, and support throughout the entire process. Raditeq’s team collaborates closely with EMC test engineers to understand their specific needs, hardware needs, and objectives. from partnership allows for the development of tailored migration strategies that address the unique requirements of each laboratory.
Inventory Phase
During this first phase, Raditeq will make an inventory of the current configuration of the EMC test software in respect to the number of test computers, which specific EMC tests are automated, what EMC test & measurement instrumentation is being used and what are the demands and requirements for the new situation. This inventory phase is provided Free of Charge.
All this information is needed to make a suitable and fitting offer for each individual company and will differ from firm to firm and is therefore a crucial step of the Migration plan.

Implementation & Delivery
After the receipt of the purchase order the Implementation & Delivery phase will commence. The
ordered RadiMation Pro licenses will be delivered, and the software will be installed at the customer
EMC test laboratories test computers by an experienced RadiMation Pro software engineer. The
following services will be provided:
- RadiMation Pro software will be installed and configured on each test PC.
- Proper operation of instrument device drivers will be verified.
- Performing a system calibration and verification using customer instrumentation.
- Joint draw up of an EMC test and saving the test results.
- Creation of an automated test report based on a customer specific template.
- Initial hands-on training for the EMC test engineers.
- Answering any specific customer questions.
Support & Aftercare
As part of the RadiMation Structured Migration plan, Raditeq will provide remote support & upgrade
services for a period of two years calculated from the installation and training date. During the period
the following services are provided:
- Fast fix or workaround for any high severity issues (bug)
- Development of device drivers (when needed)
- Minimum two times per year release of a new major version with new or improved functionality
- Direct support by RadiWiki website, telephone, email or remote (MS Teams, Teamviewer)
- One (1) day on-site support service (planned in mutual consultation)
