Raditeq is pleased to announce the availability of the Raditeq Electric Field Probe Monitor, a lightweight, user-friendly software utility designed to provide quick and direct access to the measurement capabilities of your RadiSense electric field probes. Whether you are an experienced EMC engineer or evaluating Raditeq technology for the first time, this tool offers an intuitive way to monitor real-time field strength without the need for a full software installation.
Effortless connection to RadiSense probes
The Electric Field Probe Monitor enables you to connect directly to any supported Raditeq RadiSense electric field probe, whether it is installed in a Raditeq RadiCentre CTR1001S or in one of the slots of the Raditeq RadiCentre CTR1009B. After connecting the RadiCentre device to your PC via USB, the software automatically detects available COM ports and, in case of the CTR1009B, the populated slots as well. Simply select the appropriate COM port, choose the slot if applicable, and press Connect, the software takes care of the rest.
Instant and continuous field readout
Once connected, the live electrical field strength (E-total) is displayed continuously, together with its individual components (Ex, Ey, Ez).
The software also gives access to configurable measurement parameters:
- Frequency selection to ensure the correct internal compensation is applied
- Filter selection for adjusting probe behaviour
- Zero operation to eliminate offsets before measurement
- User correction enable/disable toggle for stored internal corrections
This allows you to adapt the probe’s behaviour to your test setup with just a few clicks.
Clear insight into probe and system status
To support traceability and operational clarity, the monitor displays:
- Current probe status
- Identification and firmware version of the laser power supply card
- Identification and serial number of the RadiSense probe
All relevant system information is presented in a clean and clear format for quick reference, ideal for fast verification during test setup or troubleshooting.
Lightweight, portable, and ready to use
